Early Help - Horsham

As the Team Manager for the Dedicated Schools Team in Adur and Worthing, I would like to review our service offer to your school (including staff, parents and students), over the past academic year and would be grateful if you could please complete the following short survey to help me assess our offer and service to you. I know this is an incredibly busy time for you all, but both my team and I would very much value your feedback.

We would like to gather the views of our primary schools on the success of transitions between early years providers and schools and would be very grateful if you could spend a few minutes on our online survey. The results will be collated at the end of October so the cut off for the survey is 11th October 2024.
