Safeguarding in Education Survey 2026

The Safeguarding in Education Team is committed to providing high-quality, responsive, and effective support to education settings in promoting the safety, wellbeing, and protection of children and young people. To ensure that our services continue to meet the needs of schools, colleges, and other education providers, it is important that we regularly seek feedback from those who access and use our support.

The purpose of this satisfaction survey is to gather the views and experiences of professionals who have engaged with the team. Feedback will help us to understand what we do well, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that our advice remains relevant, accessible, and impactful.

The survey supports a culture of continuous improvement and accountability by enabling the team to:

• Measure the quality and effectiveness of the service provided.
• Understand the needs and expectations of education settings.
• Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for service development.
• Inform future planning, training priorities, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrate the impact of the team's work and commitment to safeguarding excellence.
