These people are nominated child protections leads and are known as Designated Safeguarding leads (DSLs). This project page is for the Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL) Network which is used to keep members updated with the latest knowledge and understanding of best practice developed work with key partners.

In order to ensure children in West Sussex have the best opportunities and care, it is important to ensure maintained relationships between Children's Social Care and Educational settings.
This survey is for school's to provide feedback to the Local Authority and will allow the team managers in the IFD and SIE team to work together to improve these relationships to ensure the best outcomes for young people.

The Safeguarding in Education Team is committed to providing high-quality, responsive, and effective support to education settings in promoting the safety, wellbeing, and protection of children and young people. To ensure that our services continue to meet the needs of schools, colleges, and other education providers, it is important that we regularly seek feedback from those who access and use our support.
The purpose of this satisfaction survey is to gather the views and experiences of professionals who have engaged with the team. Feedback will help us to understand what we do well, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that our advice remains relevant, accessible, and impactful.
