What is this about?

Day support means support and activities that you do during the day or help to find work or to volunteer.

It is very important people who use day support or who might use it in the future have a say about what services could be like in the future.

The ideas are about helping you and other people to live a good life through day support. 

You don't have to answer the questions if you don't want to. 

We hope you will tell us what you think. 

The county council will use the things you tell us to write a report. 

The report will help to plan day support, and the employment and volunteering service in the future.  

What you tell us will be anonymous.

Anonymous means it will not include anything that can be used to find out who you are or how to contact you.
