Day opportunities in the future
West Sussex County Council wants to know how you think day support could be changed in the future.
Day support means support and activities that you do during the day or help to find work or to volunteer.
The council has an agreement (contract) with 9 organisations to run day services. The agreement finishes in December this year.
We also have some other agreements for day services and we want to look at how we can do things differently when the agreements finish to give people the best support.
We have written some questions to ask what people thing is important for day support in the future. You can answer the questions by clicking the link.

It should take about 10-15 minutes to answer the questions.
You can answer the questions until 31 March.
If you need the questions in a different way, like a printed copy or in a bigger size, call on 01243 642121 or email at LDcommissioning@westsussex.gov.uk
