How we look after your information (Privacy Rules)
When you fill in this survey, West Sussex County Council and local councils will look at your answers.
- What we collect: We will ask for a few facts about you, like your age and if you are a boy or a girl. We need this to make sure we are listening to all different kinds of young people.
- Keeping it safe: We will follow the law to keep your answers safe on a computer. We will keep them for 1 year, and then we will delete them forever.
- Sharing the results: We will mix your answers with everyone else's answers to make a big report. We will share this report with the other local councils so they can fix their climate plans.
- Your secrets are safe: Where you have provided it, we will remove information about you before we share anything. No one reading the report will ever know which answers were yours.
