Assessed and Supported Year in Employment Survey

Overview

At this midway point in your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE), we want to formally check in with you, to see how you are experiencing the ASYE Programme, and how we are doing in our delivery of it.

We want your views and experiences of the ASYE programme to be fully represented in our local quality assurance and continuous improvement process.

Your feedback will help us understand the support you need over the second half of the programme.

All comments will remain completely anonymous.

This evaluation is a mandatory part of the ASYE Programme. Please complete the survey by Monday 27 April 2026.
