Establish the foundations of great leadership at WSCC.

As you reach the end of the Programme you should have had the opportunity to take part in:
Self-discovery, assessment & reflection as part of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) including completion of a learning log
5 short instructor led core modules.
Additional learning via a sponsored management qualification (fully funded through our apprenticeship levy) or alternative learning modules.
Manager support via development conversations
Peer action learning sets
Coaching (by line manager) and mentoring
Experience & practical application opportunities
As part of this final session, preparing for future leadership, we are asking you all to share your reflections on what you have learned, what sort of leader you want to be now and in the future. We would also like to know how we can improve the programme moving forwards and what advice you would give to future delegates.
