Form for invited guests to use to confirm if they are able to attend the Celebration of Learning 2025.

West Sussex County Council will use this survey to collect some personal data (e.g., names of attendees, acknowledgement email address), the processing of which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller.  The Council is a registered Data Controller and personal data will be processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations (UK).
