Stakeholders' Survey

For professionals who refer people to the local drug and/or alcohol service, for example, those working in mental health teams, housing teams, and local homelessness charities. 

Please note:

• Thoughout this survey, we use the term 'client(s)'. We are referring to client(s) who are aged 18+ years.
• There are many neurodivergent conditions, including Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyspraxia (also known as Developmental Co-ordination Disorder (DCD)), and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
• Throughout this survey we use the term ‘clients who consider themselves to be neurodivergent.’ This includes those with a formal diagnosis and those who don’t, but consider themselves to have a neurodivergent condition.
