Youth Volunteer exit questionnaire

This questionnaire is for Youth volunteers aged 16-17  who have been involved in supporting staff at Positive Activity Days for young carers aged 8-11 during the school holidays. We want to know the experience you have had with us in doing this role, how you have benefited, and whether we need to do  anything differently or start doing something to maximise the impact of this involvement for you.

Your feedback will then inform how we develop the Youth volunteering role in the future for other young carers aged 16-17 years. 

Please help us to make Youth volunteer involvement with the Young Carers Family Service  the best it can be by completing this questionnaire.
