My Future Residential 2024

Overview

The Young Carers Team and Carers Support West Sussex are running a Countywide My Future Residential trip on Friday 30th August - Sunday 1st September. This is open to all ages from our My Future groups 16 - 21 years old. However, priority will go to those new to a My Future group or transitioning up from a local group. 

This form is for your child to express their initial interest so we can contact you with further information.
