Background
The current WSF&RS Vodafone contract is ending 9th July 2021 and all Vodafone subscriptions will be migrated to the WSCC O2 Corporate Account.
You are receiving this survey as you hold a current Vodafone subscription/s that will be migrated to O2.
If you take no action service to your phone/device will cease on July 9th, 2021.
To minimise any potential disruption to your subscription, during the migration process, information is required for each phone/device that is assigned to you.
Replacement O2 SIM cards will be delivered to the address details you supply.
Please complete one survey per phone/device before Thursday 27th May 2021.
The scope of this project is limited to Service Provider Migration.
Requests for new phones is outside the scope of this project and should be raised with your line manager.
