Service wide Inclusive Behaviours training has been rolled-out in 2025. The training is underpinned by the Core Code of Ethics, Equality Diversity and Inclusion and Dignity and Respect, and our FRS value, Genuinely Valued. Training comprised of 3 self-led video sessions on the following topics:
Introduction to EDI
Microaggressions and bias
Allyship
Purpose
The purpose of this survey is to:
- assess the effectiveness and impact of the training on your crew or team
- assess the effectiveness of the delivery format
- help to shape future EDI development opportunities
