Overview
We are reaching out to ask for your support in evaluating the 2025/26 WSCC Staff Flu Service. Provided in partnership between West Sussex Public Health and HR, this service helps protect colleagues who are not eligible for a free NHS flu vaccination. The aim of this evaluation is to ensure the Staff Flu Voucher Service is meeting colleagues’ needs and remains effective, accessible, and high-quality.
Following feedback from last year, we continued working with the Flu Xpress voucher supplier in 2025/26. This allowed all staff, including maintained school and nursery staff, to apply for digital vouchers redeemable at multiple pharmacies. The programme began in August 2025 to minimise missed opportunities or wastage, and colleagues were encouraged to book appointments at their nearest pharmacy in advance.
Your feedback will help us understand how well the service is working and guide improvements for future flu seasons.
We are keen to hear from staff who did and did not apply for the staff flu voucher.The survey should not take you any longer than five minutes to complete.
The consultation will close on Tuesday 31st March 2026 at 11.55pm.
