Workshop objectives

  • Develop a shared understanding of what ‘good partnership working and stakeholder management’ is.
  • Increase consistency of practice in this area by introducing tools and methodologies for effective partnership working and stakeholder management.
  • Create a space for leaders to reflect on and develop their own approaches for partnerships and stakeholder management using insight from the above as well as drawing from tools already introduced through the leadership programme (EI, Situational Leadership, power etc).
  • Develop an understanding of the variety of formal and informal partnerships and implications for leadership behaviours.
  • Explore the opportunities and risks associated with working in partnership, especially when working within a changing environment / with ambiguity.
  • Continue fostering peer connections and build community
