We are seeking feedback from women in operational roles across the service about their experiences of recruitment.

Your insights will help inform future positive action initiatives and identify opportunities to improve the experience for prospective and new employees. Responses will be kept confidential and anonymous and only be used to identify themes and areas for improvement.

Priority 4 of our CRMP is ensuring we have ‘Inclusive, Safe & Valued Workforce’ ensures colleagues are supported from the start. This makes them ‘Proud to Serve’ and inspires them to do their best.

We support colleagues to be ‘Proud to Serve’ through:

• Proud to Welcome

• Proud to Develop

• Proud to Belong
