Alex Armstrong has applied for the premises known as Windsor House Hotel, 12-20 Windsor Road, Worthing, BN11 2LX, to be approved under the Marriage Act 1949 as a venue for civil marriages and for the registration of civil partnerships under the Civil Partnership Act 2004
