Feedback on behalf of Simon that attends The Rowans Day Centre. I am writing his feedback as he hasn't got computer access.

Simon sometimes puts his hand out and the bus doesn't stop. The staff on the buses are nice.

We no longer have a bus service in Crossways Crawley so I dont go into town any longer. I get lonely more now. Also I have to buy everything I need at the supermarket or online. I know a lot of old people relied on this service and only the rich can afford taxis to get to town and back these days and only the tech savvy can use the internet.

I am very disappointed that the 700 Service has been taken away from Flansham Lane, Felpham and re-routed through Flansham Park (there is already the 700 Littlehampton bus that services Flansham Park.) This leaves elderly people who can still get around needing to walk to Flansham Park for the service - fine on the way to Bognor but very tiring if you are returning with shopping. However, yesterday the 700 bus used the old route (Flansham Lane) as he was running late and it was far quicker for him to make up time.

I am a frequent bus user in Worthing, having given up my car. my experience with buses has been excellent, bearing in mind the practicalities of your catering for the needs of a diverse community.
Your staff are doing their jobs well - thanks. I have no criticisms to offer.

I live in Horsted Keynes and use the bus 270 whenever it is possible/feasible. It is reliable but does finish too early. We cannot spend an evening (even early evening) in Brighton or East Grinstead for social reasons or even for late appointments. It would be helpful if the coincided with buses to Crawley.

Any chance we could have an occasional bus service running along Shillinglee Road ie past GU8 4SY. We used to have a service twice a week some years ago. It would make it possible to link with other services in both West Sussex and Surrey which can otherwise only be done after a walk of several miles.

The bus service through Angmering is abysmal. No buses on Sunday, one bus an hour. Angmering is growing yet public transport facilities haven't changed since the 1980s. I have mentioned this before and Bern told "people don't use the buses..." the reason they don't use them is because they don't run late enough, often enough and with no service for half of the weekend it's impractical. This should be one of the first things you resolve. It's appalling that this almost town is virtually ignored.

Some bus routes, e.g. 74 to Storrington, are very restricted in the days and times that they run. Equally, some journeys are made difficult by timetable issues that prevent certain trips, e.g. Horsham to Godalming via Cranleigh.

I live in Pulborough and use the bus to Petworth, Horsham, Storrington, Worthing, Midhurst, Chichester at least weekly and often 3 times in the week for shopping, banking and simple mobility needs. I am 85 - the bus is a major contributor to my physical, mental and social well-being. I am specially grateful that the great majority of buses run to time - and I am most grateful for the Bus Pass.
