When they are on time, they work really well and are cost effective. More than 50% of the time, they are more than 5 minutes late, which complicates arrangements.

Stagecoach staff at Chichester Bus station are so rude , I know buses can be delayed sometimes but often when you ask a question , they are aggressive and rude , their customer service is awful and no one is accountable

From Chichester to littlehampton or littlehampton to Chichester there should be a bus running atleast every hour during the early hours of the morning for the people like me who want to go and enjoy time and have a party with their friends but don’t want to pay £40 for a taxi to get back home. Some people just stay out for hours waiting for the trains or the buses to start up again and it’s realistically very unsafe for young girls to be waiting around at early hours of the morning also vulnerable because they’ve had a drink. We should be able to go out and have a reliable way of getting home and being able to go home when we please instead of waiting hours for a bus. Loads of people miss out on having any sort of social life because of the buses which is so unfair. A bus should run once every hour in the whole of West Sussex to be honest for more people’s safety or atleast the mainstream buses like the 700! Thank you

There sometimes seem's to be a shortage of space for buggies/pushchairs due to elderly people with 'walker's that they don't wish to break-down. and it amount's to them taking up to 3 seat's each.
There is also an issue with Collyer's student's boarding the 200 service between Horsham hospital(college opposite)between 2:30 and 4:00pm. taking up seat's and creating problem's for standard passenger's(double-decker's apart) and there is concern again for w/chair spaces and buggies.

I think these buses are absolutely brilliant and so reliable will you be extending the operating hours at all or will it stay from 7am to 7pm

Can the stop for the 700 bus at Arun leisure centre be reinstated?
The centre is well used for exercise as well as being a designated WARM SPACE and bank hub

The no 1 buses Worthing -Midhurst and back don’t join up well with train times in Pulborough and are very unreliable to come home in the evening between 4 and 6. Surely that would mean more people would use it if it worked for commuters from Pulborough to West Chilt and Storrington and the area.

I live in Ferring. I’ve just learnt that Stagecoach are going to re route our lifeline 700 bus from April . This, they claim is because it has to cross level crossing, which is down a lot more since the number of trains was increased last year. Instead we will get a new number 11 bus linking us to Worthing and Littlehampton. This is a vastly downgraded service because it will run only every 30 minutes on weekdays. Daytime only, and only hourly on Sundays. This will cause enormous stress and difficulty to regular passengers , like me, who are non- drivers, are elderly and use the bus for appointments, reaching a train station/ shops, various activities, (in my case exhibiting my paintings in Worthing). I cannot afford cabs, especially since Ferring is charged a premium because of the traffic system on the a259. How are we to get home in the early evening? . We moved here because there was decent public transport. How can they destroy the well being of a community?
At least have the decency to run more buses an hour and into the early evenings. #WestSussBuss

I regularly have to get a taxi into work from southwater to horsham because the bus just doesn’t come. it’s insane and making my living expenses that much higher in a time like this.

Haywards Heath is a huge commuter town and the prices of houses sure reflect this. However the buses finish around 8pm! Please explain this? How do you expect commuters to get home from the station?

Really concerned about the bus ticket Increase. My two daughters get the 700 bus to school (12&14yrs) so it will now cost me £60 a week to send them to school. Why can't you buy a reduced return ticket or a child rate ticket? Seems disproportionate for families and children to be paying out so much for short bus rides. I think we will have to just stop using the bus entirely even though it's more convenient and get the train in future

The number 60 bus service was atrocious on Saturday, December 14. I was waiting in the cold for the 08.18am at The Cathedral and it was cancelled. This then meant a 40 minute wait at Midhurst for the 70 to Fernhurst, which is usually waiting for me if I catch that 08.18am. In the evening, as I travelled home, the 18.32pm did not turn up and then suddenly just before 7pm two number 60s turned up at once, plus another bus that was going to Chichester, not via Holmbush. The 60 service should run like clockwork, buses should not be cancelled without notice and there was no reason for the 60 to be late on that dark night on Saturday.

Henfield used to have a bus that ran from Henfield to the Holmbush Centre. This stopped a few years ago and now there is no direct link. The Holmbush Centre is a very popular place for Henfield Residents to shop and meet. Community Transport Sussex did provide a weekly service which cost £8 per trip but this was reduced to omce a fortnight at £16. Currently getting to Holmbush on public transport involves 2 buses with a long delay between the two during the main part of the day. Could Henfield he added to the Bus It service? I booked a bus checked it 5 minutes before it was arriving And it cancelled on me I called and they told me it was unavailable and I had no way home because it's a 40-minute journey driving I don't drive very very disappointed as I used this bus service nearly every weekly day very very unhappy and very upset😫😫 I need you to get home to get my daughter and unable to as it was cancelled last minute
