SLS Story Book Award Order Form

As part of the West Sussex Story Book Award 2021, we are offering all participating schools the opportunity to purchase copies of the shortlisted books (and their sequels!) Please complete this order form to let us know the number of copies of each book that you wish to purchase. Please note, the minimum number of copies that can be ordered for each title is 3. Once we have received your order we will arrange delivery of the books via our supplier, Askews & Holts Library Services Ltd and invoice your school.
