The West Sussex Schools Library Service Team will use this form to collect personal data (e.g. email address) which is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests, rights or freedoms of the data subject. The data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations, the 2018 Data Protection Act and any subsequent data protection legislation.
The personal data we collect will not be shared and will be stored securely on a computer for a period of up to one year before being appropriately destroyed.
