West Sussex Governance Survey 2022
The purpose of this year’s survey is to gain an understanding of the shape of governance across West Sussex.
This form is designed to be completed by the chair with the help of the clerk. You only need to complete one form per governing board. Please complete the survey by the 30th September.
We have endeavoured to make this survey short and as straightforward as possible to complete. There is space at the end for governors to provide feedback around points not covered in the survey.
