The West Sussex Combating Drugs Partnership (WS CDP) is a single setting for understanding and addressing the shared challenges related to local substance-related harms and has been mandated to bring together action and oversight across the three strategic priorities and commitments of the drug strategy: breaking drug supply chains; delivering a world class treatment and recovery system; and achieving a generational shift in the demand for drugs.
At a local level, our progress is reliant upon all partners working together to understand our population, how drugs and alcohol are causing harm locally, the challenges facing our local systems of support, and the changes and action required to address them.
This short survey aims to gather a wide range of partner views prior to meeting in April, to review the function of our Partnership, and to help inform the development of our local drug and alcohol strategy delivery plan for 2024-2027.
