We would love to hear your thoughts on our 'Wellbeing Month' which we held during October.
The month-long event was open to any colleague across our service and was designed to raise awareness of positive mental, physical and emotional health. Your feedback will help to shape future wellbeing-themed events. All responses will remain completely anonymous.
The data from this short survey will be shared with Wellbeing Champions and relevant colleagues who have supported the event.
If you require any of the information for this project in an alternative format, please contact us via email at frshealthandwellbeing@westsussex.gov.uk and we will do our best to assist you. If you are deaf or hard of hearing and have an NGT texting app installed on your computer, laptop or smartphone, you can contact us on 18001 (0330 222 146).
