Royal Botanic Gardens Kew Enterprises Ltd, Royal Botanic Gardens, Richmond, Surrey TW9 3AB has applied for the premises known as Wakehurst Place, Selsfield Road, Ardingly, West Sussex, RH17 6TN, to be approved under the Marriage Act 1949 as a venue for civil marriages and for the registration of civil partnerships under the Civil Partnership Act 2004
