Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew (Enterprises Ltd) have applied for the premises known as Wakehurst, Selsfield Road, Ardingly, RH17 6TN be approved under the Marriage Act 1949 as a venue for civil marriages and for the registration of civil partnerships under the Civil Partnership Act 2004
