Post evaluation training for 'Staff development'

a.) The importance of staff looking after their own mental health.
b.) The importance of working with staff to promote a positive culture of staff mental health and wellbeing.
c.) Evidence-based approaches for supporting your own, staff and pupil or student mental health and resilience and the role these can play as part of a holistic approach.
d.) Signposting and arranging appropriate support for staff dealing with mental health issues and incidents in the school.
e.) Access and utilise tools, strategies and resources to support your own mental health and wellbeing.
f.) Identify and utilise tools, strategies and resources to confidently engage with staff to help promote and support their mental health and wellbeing.
g.) Share simple evidence-based strategies and exercises with staff and pupils/students to help them to manage their own mental health and develop their own coping strategies.
h.) Facilitate development of school staff, identify critical training and ensuring that all staff can understand the process to respond to mental health concerns.
i.) Signpost and increase and promote awareness of resources to support staff.
