Thought-Full: Impact Survey for School Communities

This survey is for: parents/carers, school staff and Thought-Full staff. 

Responses will form part of our internal consolidation project, to understand the impact Thought-Full has made to schools and school communities since 2019. 

All responses are anonymous. 

Information obtained, from the survey, will be used as part of our project report. Quotes may be used for service presentations and publications.
