Staff Survey - Welcome/Waiting Pack

Thought-Full is developing a Welcome/Waiting Pack for children, young people (CYP), and parents/carers who are waiting for Low Intensity CBT interventions. The aim is to:

• Improve understanding of Thought-Full and the support available.
• Provide useful wellbeing and self-help resources during the waiting period.
• Clarify expectations about appointments and support pathways.
• Ensure CYP and families know what to do if their needs change while waiting.
• Enhance engagement and reduce uncertainty while awaiting intervention.

We would value your views on what should be included, how information should be presented, and whether you would like to be involved in developing the pack.
