Secondary Mental Health Ambassadors

We are currently looking at developing some top-up training for Mental Health Ambassadors in our secondary schools and would like to gather some basic information so that we are aware of the current picture in schools. Please could you respond to the linked survey for each of your secondary schools (ie each school needs a separate response). 

Each survey should only take five minutes, but unfortunately we are on a tight schedule with this, so if we could have your replies in by 1pm on Friday 26^th July where possible, that would be much appreciated.
