Reporting Evaluation

You have been sent three reports which are currently in development. These are:

1. Q4 Outcomes report.
   • This is information taken from POD and analysed to give us information about the impact of our clinical interventions
2. 6 Month report
   • Information taken from the Power Bi Dashboard over the period from September to February half term, looking at multiple aspect of our activity
3. Qualitative case studies
   • To complement the activity report this aims to dive into a specific area and look at impact over a longer period of time

Please could you read each report and consider the questions. 

This survey is quite long so please give yourself approximately 30 mins to 1 hour to complete. If there are any problems with this please discuss with your Line Manager.
