Kilnwood Vale Zones of Regulation Staff Survey
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
Kilnwood Vale have commissioned our work to find out your views on Zones of Regulation ahead of a potential relaunch at the school. In order to get this right, we felt hearing your views and knowing your level of awareness of the programme was crucial to getting any relaunch to be successful. So don't feel the need to look anything up, answer the questions honestly, openly and in the spirit of collaboration to get a relaunch to work for us all.
The Zones of Regulation programme, or any chosen intervention for that matter, is only as successful as the people who deliver it—and that’s YOU. So your knowledge, expertise, confidence, and commitment to embedding the approach are what makes it meaningful and impactful for children and young people.
This survey is an opportunity for you to share your experiences, insights, and ideas so we can understand what worked well last time, what needs refining, and how we can support you, to support the children, better. Getting this launch right is essential—not just for Zones, but for every future strategy we build together. Your voice matters, and your feedback will directly shape how we move forward with this so the more you tell us, the higher the chances of success for the strategy.
Confidentiality and Data Use
All survey responses will be anonymous and will be sent to THOUGHT-FULL, not shared directly with the school. A summary of anonymised responses will be shared with the setting, but we are held by the same safeguarding duties as yourselves so if we have a concern for someone's wellbeing we are duty bound to share this with the school.
Your honest feedback is valued and will be used solely to inform and improve the Zones of Regulation programme ahead of a potential relaunch. At the end of the survey, there is an optional space to provide your name if you are interested in joining a follow-up focus group with Thought-Full. Participation in this is entirely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any later point if you should wish to do so.
