Ethnicity and Supervision

As many of you are aware I am looking at improving how we raise the importance and understanding of ethnicity in our MHST to improve outcomes for CYPs. 

Part of this work involves a university project looking at how ethnicity is discussed in clinical or case management supervision and working together to reflect on how we might improve this to support practitioner confidence and competence. 

Answering questions about practice can sometimes feel difficult but I would like to encourage you to be as honest and reflective as possible offering narrative to your answers where possible. The survey is anonymous and will be used to inform my assignment and identify next steps.
