This survey is for Thought-Full Practitioners

We're reviewing some of our key processes to better understand how much time different tasks take and to identify any opportunities to make things more efficient and reduce unnecessary administration.

This questionnaire is completely anonymous, and we'd really value honest feedback about what you actually do in practice. This review is focused on understanding our processes and workloads, not on assessing individual performance or holding anyone to account. The more accurate the information, the clearer picture we'll have of the work being undertaken, how long tasks genuinely take, and where improvements might be possible.

The Voice and Participation team will use this questionnaire to collect personal and special category data the processing of which is necessary to enable us to be compliant with the law (general well-being duties), and for reasons of substantial public interest. The data will be processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulations, and any subsequent data protection legislation. The data we collect will be securely stored and kept for period of up to 2 years before being appropriately destroyed.
