Adult social care - the life you want to lead survey

We are developing a new adult social care strategy and are asking people to tell us what is important to them and how we can support them to lead fulfilling lives.

We are focussing on people, rather than services.

We want to understand what a good life means to residents. This means we want to hear about what is important to you, what you like and enjoy, and what makes you happy.

We have created a survey for you to tell us what a good life means to you and in this short video, Amanda Jupp, Cabinet Member for Adults' Services explains why it is important we hear about the things that matter to you.

To help you complete the survey we have broken it down into different parts which could make up a good life.

The survey asks you two questions about each of these different parts.

  • What is good about it now?
  • What would you like to change and why?

You can answer all the questions or pick only the ones which are important to you.

There is space at the end to tell us anything else which is important to you.

We welcome input from anyone with an interest in the future of adult social care in West Sussex.
