As part of the continued communication and engagement regarding the long term CPST proposals and following the recent engagement sessions, we would like to start collating some individual thoughts and feedback on the proposed rota model. This is so we can work together to understand how we meet any potential gaps or issues, prior to the formal consultation stage.

Any information you share here in this survey or during the informal engagement stage, will not form part of the formal consultation feedback. Any answers or feedback you give is understood to be purely an indication of your individual circumstances/thinking at this stage and you are not committing to anything. You will have the opportunity to formally feedback during the consultation, once we have a clear direction on the funding of CPST long term.

Similarly, we will be unable to confirm working patterns, arrangements, or any individual outcomes for people until the conclusion of the formal consultation process.

Please note this survey is for staff in substantive posts, i.e. those staff that have their permanent post currently within CPST. You will also have a chance to talk to your line manager regarding the proposals should you want to and of course, please do continue to email any questions or feedback to the CPST Engagement inbox.
