Plaistow and Kirdford Primary School: Supported Review of Governance: whole board questionnaire to explore the three core strategic functions.

It is the governing board’s responsibility to ensure that they collectively carry out the three core strategic functions shown below:

The purpose of this short questionnaire is to gather the views of all governors around how the board as a whole is delivering these functions.  Individual responses will remain anonymous and will inform recommendations for a governor development plan. 

The questionnaire should take between 5 – 10 minutes to complete; the more depth in answers provided will allow for a greater understanding of the current work of the board.

Your individual responses will remain anonymous, but all responses will be collated, and the overall findings shared with the whole governing board to inform the supported self-review session.
