Thank you for choosing to buy into the WSCC Buildings and Energy SLA. We provide your school with a day-to-day utilities management service, including billing and the provision of Display Energy Certificates (DECs). We also purchase your energy through a third-party intermediary called LASER Energy, taking advantage of economies of scale to secure value for money for our schools.
This year we are carrying out a routine review of the LASER arrangement and assessing whether there are any alternative options in the marketplace to continue giving you the best service. This is a short survey to gather your views about the current service.
