As part of the Adults Workforce Development Strategy, we are looking at the Senior Social Work practitioner role and want to gauge the views and perceptions staff have around it. We are engaging with Senior Practitioners and team managers to get feedback, but we are also seeking feedback from Senior Social Workers (Grade 10) to get their views on what would attract them to the Senior Practitioner role or deter them from considering it.
We recognise that there are significant operational pressures at the moment and our social work teams have worked incredibly hard during the pandemic and continue to do so with the increasing demand. We would, however, greatly appreciate it if you could spend a few minutes completing this short questionnaire, which will help us develop both the Senior Social Work and Senior Practitioner roles.
