A Guide to the Child Development Offer for Early Years, led by Specialist Early Years Practitioners based in the Child Development Service Support and advice around who can support young children with health needs |
Promoting Equality and Tackling Racism, led by members of the Ethnic Minority & Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS) A guidance document designed to support schools to tackle racism in all of its forms, to reflect on their current practice and to implement improvements through a long-term, sustained, whole-school approach. |
Introducing the Individual Support Plan (ISP), a graduated response template, led by Maryanne Woodland, Educational Psychologist, WSCC Introductory session for a school age graduated response template which is being piloted in collaboration with the Burgess Hill Locality and Woodlands Meed. The template has been co-produced as a working document for class teachers and SENCo’s. The purpose of the template is to aid early identification of need, equip class teachers to feel more confident in beginning a graduated response to the individual needs of the children/young person they work with and to provide a robust framework for progression through assess, plan do review cycles. |
