The self-assessment feedback is a process through which an individual is able to gain insights into their abilities and identify areas where they can improve.

In taking part in this self-assessment, we hope to enable you to reflect on your strengths and development areas. The report will be able to support you to work on improving a number of things

  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Encourage a willingness to listen, learn and develop
  • Improving working relationships through the identification of ways to develop
  • Support to be accountable for behaviour
  • Build confidence, by understanding what you are doing that is working well, and what could be even better

We develop best with a balance of support and gentle challenge, therefore as you undertake the exercise think about the evidence that supports the scores you give yourself to ultimately help the development process.
