System Check Review 2024/25

SFS System Check Review 2024/25

For the 24/25 financial year, SFS offered a system check to every school as part of the SLA. Following consultation with all schools in the summer term, they were carried out as part of locality meetings, mainly throughout the autumn term.

The aims, in regard to schools, were:

  • To empower SBPs to use resources produced by SFS (Top Tips, WSSfS, guidance notes, procedures manual) to increase system accuracy.
  • To respond to each localities requests for further information by inviting other colleagues or bringing relevant information.
  • To involve School Resource Managers (Claire and Rachel) for other support/advice on funding, budgeting, forecasting etc.
  • To prevent isolation, improve networking and increase skill sharing among SBPs in locality groups.

As agreed, we are carrying out a review of this new way of working and would appreciate it if you could complete the following survey.
