Overview

Our School Services and Communication team have been working closely with internal colleagues and schools to put in place our first steps to improve the ways we communicate with schools. You will have contributed to the identification of lead roles within your school and through this enabled us to direct communications to these team members reducing the need for you to internally cascade. We have also moved Education Matters to the Gov Delivery platform enabling wider subscriptions and better tracking of engagement with this monthly communication.

Our next step is to work with you, our audience to understand what does and doesn’t work well and ask you to be our critical friend providing feedback on what good looks like from your perspective. We have designed this quantitative survey to collect statistical feedback with opportunities for contextual comments and we will also be asking some schools to provide more qualitative feedback by taking part in interviews to dig into the detail in more depth.

We do hope you will take part in the survey and help us continue to improve this service we provide for schools.
