Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) - Statutory Consultation (Live)


Overview


The County Council will consider whether the provisions of this experimental Order should be made permanent. Any objections or comments regarding the provisions of this experimental Order and/or the proposal to make those provisions permanent, together with the grounds on which they are made must be received by 7 March 2024.

The School Streets Team will use this ETRO Consultation survey to collect some personal data (e.g. your email address) which is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller, except where such interests are overridden by the rights of freedom from the data subject.

Your data will be processed fairly in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulations, and any subsequent relevant legislation. Personal data supplied in this survey will be held on computer for a period of up to 3 years after which it will be appropriately destroyed.

The information you provide will be used for statistical analysis, management, planning and the provision of services by the County Council. West Sussex County Council will not share any personal information collected as part of this survey.
