Safe Sex Survey
The purpose of this survey is to find out what people use to protect themselves from Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and HIV. It also aims to find out what might encourage people to use protection.
We would like to hear your views and experiences on this subject. If you complete the survey you will be entered into a prize draw for £……….shopping vouchers.
This survey is being carried out by West Sussex Public Health. The results of the survey will help us to improve information, social media and other campaigning, alongside targeted outreach and community health promotion relating to HIV and STI prevention.

We will process this data in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulations and any subsequent relevant legislation. West Sussex County Council is registered as a Data Controller (Reg. No. Z6413427). The data you provide will not be used for any purpose other than that stated and will be stored electronically for a period of up to 1 year before being appropriately destroyed.
The data will be collected, processed and analysed by staff within West Sussex County Council Public Health and Social Research Unit.
