Back in spring 2020 we engaged with our staff, partners and children and young people to create the vision and the vision principals for Children, Young People and Learning.
A lot of positive things have changed since 2020. We have improved our services, we are delivering services in a different way and delivering more services than we were before. In addition, we have a lot of staff who have joined us since 2020 and weren’t able to contribute to our previous vision and the vision principles.
The Department Leadership Team feel it is the right time to revisit and refresh the vision and the vision principles for Children, Young People and Learning.
We want to ensure all CYPL staff have the opportunity to share their thoughts on what our refreshed vision should look like!
We have created a short survey which will be open from 13th to 27th September inclusive.
