MECC Vaccinations Post Training Evaluation

Workshop questionnaire information  

These short, pre-and-post questionnaires are designed to assess how effective the MECC Vaccination training sessions are for organisations and staff working within West Sussex.  

The pre-and-post scores will be analysed, presented, and used to make recommendations to improve MECC programme activities within West Sussex, and nationally, in the future. 

Data from these pre-and-post questionnaires are recorded and stored securely and managed in accordance with West Sussex County Councils Data Protection policy, the Data Protection Act 2018, and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).  

In 3-months you will be emailed a link to a short follow-up survey. Your email address will be securely stored until this date and deleted once this is sent. 

Please complete the pre workshop questionnaire now, and the post workshop questionnaire after the session. 

Please do not complete if you do not want your responses to be used.
