Following on from our staff communication and engagement survey carried out in September 2023, the Public Health Directorate Leadership Team (DLT) are keen to hear your views on staff communication and engagement within the directorate.
Your feedback and any recommendations will be presented to Public Health DLT in November 2025. The full findings from this Your Voice survey will also be shared with all staff with an update on any actions to be taken in November 2025.
The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. We're keen to hear from all staff, so please take part below.
