Share your views on your experience with performance conversations / supervisions within Adults Services.
The survey is completed anonymously and is your opportunity to share your views and experience of performance conversations and supervisions/one to ones.
Your views and feedback will help identify areas that need more attention as well as those things you think we already do well.
You will have four weeks to complete the survey and it will close at midnight on Wednesday 31st July.
The survey just takes 5 minutes to complete and your feedback is invaluable to us.
In the weeks after the survey has closed we will analyse the results and share the results with the Assistant Directors and your Heads of Service to ensure they are hearing your feedback.
The survey is open from Thursday 27th June to Wednesday 31st July.
